The ER-265 joins a complete line of commercial grade SAM4s ECRs that are sold though a network of independent distributors and dealers.  SAM4s ECRs are built with high-quality serviceable components, feature traditional cash register security, and provide basic features that work for merchants, including multiple taxes and accurate tax table computation.  SAM4s dealers provide professional, cost-effective ECR services not available in the mass channel:  sales consultation, programming, installation, training, and after the sale support.

St. Paul, MN - Merchants shopping for high-level POS functionality on a limited budget now have a new choice from SAM4s.  The ER-390M is the latest in a series of competitively priced SAM4s commercial grade electronic cash registers (ECRs) that include electronic payment processing capability. 

Always a market leader, SAM4s has applied technology from higher priced ECRs at an industry leading price point.  The ER-390 M features a large, flat, spill-resistant keyboard, high-speed thermal printer, large bright LCD display and sturdy full-size steel cash drawer.  Flat keyboards are ideal for food service or other environments where spills are a possibility.  The built-in thermal printer produces customer receipts with graphic logo or coupon images.

ER-655-IICRS Releases Enhanced SAM4s Open Line ECRs

St. Paul, MN - CRS has released updated versions of several popular SAM4s ECRs. 

The SAM4s ER-5115 is now the SAM4s ER5115II – new and improved with the fast, reliable Epson M-U420 printer.  Merchants validating tickets, checks or invoices, will welcome the virtually jam-proof validation slot.  The ER-5115II keyboard is also larger, supporting 15 NLU category keys, expandable to 40, rather that 5 NLU keys expandable to 15.  Pricing for the ER-5115II is the same as the ER-5115. 

The SAM4s ER-350 is now the ER-350II.  The ER-350II features faster 4.5 lines per second printing with the new SAM4s SDM-310 printer and is available at the same price as the ER-350. 

The SAM4s ER-655II, featuring a flat, spill-resistant keyboard has been updated with the fast, SAM4s SDM-310 dot-matrix printer, now uses flash ROM rather than EPROM program storage, and can be integrated with the DataTran electronic payment appliance.  This version of the innovative ER-650 series caters to merchants that prefer plain-paper printing.
Integrated Credit ECRM-Class Low-Cost Integrated Payment With SAM4s M-Class ECRs

St. Paul, MN - New, low-cost SAM4s M-Class ECRs are now available with Datacap's proven payment authorization technology.

Payment integration provides cheaper and faster transaction processing, eliminates redundant standalone credit terminals and printers, and helps prevent employee mistakes, fraud and theft. The ER-380M, and the ER-5200M series (including the ER-5215M, ER-5240M and ER-5200M) are designed to provide all the benefits of integration at prices attractive to smaller retailers currently using standalone credit authorization terminals (CATs).

SAM4s M-Class ECRs feature fast built-in thermal printers, multi-line displays and multiple communication ports. When integrated with Datacap's DataTran E-payment appliance, payments are initiated by pressing a credit payment key on the SAM4s ECR. The register display prompts the operator to slide the card, and the payment process is completed on the register. The SAM4s ECR prints both the credit voucher and the customer receipt. CRS is currently delivering systems processing credit and non-PIN debit payments. PIN-debit, gift card and pre-paid card transaction processing will be released in the near future.

By establishing strategic partnerships with leasing and credit processors, CRS resellers are positioned to provide a complete payment processing solution for as low as $49 per month, including equipment and payment processing services.
